CoolTech Alerts — SMS Program Terms & Conditions

The program

CoolTech Alerts is an operational notification program operated by Emerys, LLC for the CoolTech commercial-refrigeration monitoring platform (central.cooltech.us). Enrolled staff receive SMS alerts about the refrigeration equipment they manage: controller offline events, temperature threshold breaches, and equipment health warnings.

Enrollment

Only CoolTech Central staff accounts can be enrolled. You (or a platform administrator on your behalf) opt in by entering your mobile number in your user profile inside the CoolTech Central console. The field is optional; removing your number stops all SMS immediately.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with equipment conditions. Under normal operation expect zero to a few messages per week; an active equipment incident may produce several messages in a day. This is an alerting program — messages are never promotional.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The program itself charges recipients nothing.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or remove your mobile number from your CoolTech Central profile. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact support at cooltech.us.llc@gmail.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
